Transportation will be provided from the Conference venue. Buses will leave from the Conference Venue at 18.10 (at the end of Scientific Session) and will return to the Conference venue (with an intermediate stop in P.zza Vittoria – seafront) at the end of the cocktail (h. 22:00)
The National Archeological Museum is one of the most ancient and important museums for the abundance and uniqueness of its heritage and for the contribution it offered the European cultural survey.
The collections of the Museum, become National in 1860, went enriching by the acquisition of findings coming from the excavations in the sites of Campania and Southern Italy and from private collections. The main collections are: Farnese, Pompeii and Egyptian.
The Delegates will have the possibility to see also the magnificent current exhibition of Antonio Canova that displays a full range of works by Canova, including drawings, sketches, paintings, plaster casts and marble sculptures.
The cocktail will be held at the famous Room of the “Toro Farnese” one of the major masterpieces of the Museum.
